| All you need for this lab is a ruler and a desk. Hold the ruler on the edge of your desk and leave some hanging over. Pluck the part of the ruler that is off the desk. Do it gently and then harder. Move the ruler closer and farther away on the desk. Predict what will make a louder and softer sound. If the ruler is extended further off the desk what happens? | |||||
